All Evidence gathered on any of our investigations weather it be, Pictorial, Video, Audible or text are the sole property of the South West Paranormal Investigations and cannot be reproduced without our express permission. 

Public Liability Insurance:

 South West Paranormal Investigations has public liability insurance for all investigations and events that take place, up to a limit of Five Million Pounds 



Confidentiality:

We will not disclose a Private Residence  location or publish any of our finding without the permission of the Owners of the property, private dwellings will always remain anonymous .



Pre-Investigation Visits and Risk Assessments:

We will always  try to carry out a pre investigation visit to all locations this enables us to carry out a full risk assessment in line with our insurance policy regulations. And to meet the owners(where necessary) and discuss how the investigation will be conducted.
